What does after builders cleaning cost?
£159 for a studio, £189 for a one-bed, £239 for a two-bed, £299 for a three-bed and £359 for a four-bed. Heavier jobs may need a second visit, which we agree before starting.
When should you come?
Once all the work is finished and the tools have gone. Dust keeps falling for a day or two, so leaving 24 hours gives a better result.
Do you take the rubbish?
We bag debris and leave it ready for collection. Add rubbish removal for £25 and we take it away.
Can you do it in stages?
Yes. Some customers book a rough clean during the works and a full clean at the end.

Is this different from a normal clean?
Completely. Construction dust is fine enough to pass through a household vacuum and go straight back into the air. We use filtered industrial vacuums and work top-down so it does not resettle.
Do you remove paint and sealant?
Yes — splashes on glass, tiles, floors, sockets and fittings. Heavier work is £30 extra and we tell you before starting.
Can you take the rubbish away?
We bag debris and leave it ready for collection as standard. Add removal for £25 and we take it with us. Skips and large waste we quote separately.
Do you clean during the works?
Yes. Some customers book a rough clean partway through and a full detail at the end, which keeps the site safe to work in.
What if it needs two visits?
Very heavy jobs sometimes do. We tell you before we start, never afterwards, and you decide.
