How much is a cleaner per hour?
£17.50 an hour weekly, £18.50 fortnightly and £20.95 for a one-off clean. That includes products, equipment, insurance and a vetted cleaner — most agencies in London charge £19.50 or more.
How long do I need?
Two hours suits a one-bedroom flat, three hours a two-bedroom home, and three and a half to four hours a three-bedroom house. You can change it any time.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most customers leave a key with a neighbour or in a key safe. Every cleaner is DBS-checked and insured.
Can I cancel?
Yes — pause or cancel from your account whenever you like. There is no contract and no notice period.
Is it the same cleaner every visit?
Yes. You keep the same cleaner for as long as you want them. If they are ill or on holiday we send cover, and you can ask for someone different at any time without explaining why.
Do I need to provide anything?
No. Your cleaner brings professional products and equipment, including a vacuum. If you would rather they used your own — allergies, a preference, a delicate surface — leave them out and say so in the notes.
What if I am not happy with the clean?
Tell us within 72 hours and we send someone back to redo it free of charge. No arguing and no invoice.
Are your cleaners checked and insured?
Every cleaner has their identity verified and a DBS check before their first job, and we carry public liability and accidental damage insurance.
How do I pay?
Cash or card to your cleaner on the day, bank transfer, or set up automatic card payments so it takes care of itself. Nothing is taken in advance.
Can I change the day or skip a week?
Yes, from your account. Change the day, pause while you are away, or cancel completely. No notice period and no cancellation fee.
