What does a deep clean cost?
£119 for a studio, £149 for a one-bed, £179 for a two-bed, £229 for a three-bed and £279 for a four-bed. Fixed before you book.
How long does it take?
Between three and eight hours depending on size. We bring more cleaners for bigger homes rather than taking longer.
Is the oven included?
Yes. Inside the oven is part of every deep clean, not an add-on.
How is it different from a regular clean?
A regular clean keeps a home ticking over. A deep clean tackles what has built up over months: grease, limescale, dust behind and underneath things.
How many cleaners will come?
One for a studio or a one-bedroom flat, two or three for larger homes so the job is finished in a day rather than dragging on.
Do I need to be there?
No. Leave a key with a neighbour or in a key safe and tell us in the notes. Every cleaner is DBS-checked and insured.
Do I need to tidy first?
Please clear surfaces and put personal items away so we can clean properly rather than working around them. We do not need the place empty.
Will you clean inside cupboards?
Yes, if they are empty. We cannot empty and repack a full cupboard, so anything you want done inside please clear beforehand.
Can you get rid of limescale?
Yes. Descaling taps, showerheads, screens and tiles is part of every deep clean. Very heavy build-up may need a second treatment, which we would agree with you first.
How is it different from end of tenancy?
A deep clean is for a home you are living in. An end of tenancy clean is checked against an inventory and covers inside every cupboard and appliance.
