A local cleaning company that turns up and does the job properly
Book My Cleaning is the cleaning brand of Book My Services Ltd, a family-run business based in Harrow. We started with one cleaner and a van; today our team looks after more than 2,300 homes and businesses across England.
What we believe
Cleaning is a trust business. You're letting someone into your home, so they should be vetted, insured, reliable and paid fairly. That's the whole model.
- Our own cleaners, never subcontracted. Every cleaner is interviewed, ID and DBS checked, and trained on our checklists before their first job.
- Fixed prices. You see the price before you book and we don't add extras on the day.
- Fair pay. Our cleaners earn well above the industry average, which is why most stay with us for years.
- A guarantee that means something. Any issue raised within 72 hours is re-cleaned free, no arguments.
