End of Tenancy Cleaning questions
How much does end of tenancy cleaning cost?
Fixed prices start at £109 for a studio, £139 for a 1-bed, £169 for a 2-bed, £219 for a 3-bed, £279 for a 4-bed and £339 for 5 or more bedrooms. The first bathroom is included; extra bathrooms are £20 each. Oven, fridge/freezer and inside windows are included free.
Is carpet cleaning included?
Vacuuming is included. Professional hot-water extraction carpet cleaning is an optional add-on at £30 per room, and most agents expect it if carpets were professionally cleaned when you moved in.
Do you clean the oven?
Yes. The oven, hob, extractor and fridge/freezer are all cleaned inside and out as standard, unlike many companies that charge extra.
Can you collect the keys from my agent?
Yes. Add key pick-up at booking and we'll collect and return keys to your letting agent within a mile of the property, further by arrangement.
How long does it take?
A 2-bed flat typically takes a team of two around 4 to 5 hours. Larger houses take longer, but you pay the same fixed price however long we need.
