What's included
Vacuuming only removes surface dirt. Our extraction cleaning injects hot cleaning solution deep into the pile and pulls it back out with the grit, allergens and residue that make carpets look tired and smell stale. Most carpets are dry within 2 to 4 hours.

From £32 per room with a two-room minimum. Add stairs and landing, rugs or sofas.
Inspection and pre-treatment
We check fibres and colour-fastness, then pre-spray stains and traffic lanes.
Hot-water extraction
Powerful extraction removes dirt and moisture together, leaving the carpet damp rather than wet.
Deodorise and protect
A deodorising rinse is included. Optional stain protection helps carpets stay clean longer.

Carpet Cleaning questions
How long do carpets take to dry?
Usually 2 to 4 hours with normal ventilation. We recommend keeping windows open or heating on for the first few hours.
Can you remove pet stains and smells?
In most cases yes. We use enzyme treatments designed for pet accidents. Very old stains can lighten rather than vanish completely, and we'll tell you honestly on the day.
Do I need to move furniture?
Please move small items and breakables. We'll move sofas and chairs where safe and replace them on protective pads.
Is it safe for wool carpets?
Yes. We test fibres first and adjust temperature and solution for wool and delicate carpets.
