Questions from agents and landlords
Is there a discount for agents?
No — partners pay our normal published prices. What you get instead is priority: your jobs go to the top of the list our cleaners see, you get one monthly invoice instead of paying job by job, and a before-and-after photo report after every clean.
How does the monthly invoice work?
Book as many cleans as you need during the month and choose "Monthly invoice" when you book. At the start of the next month we email one statement listing every property, date, reference and price, with 14 days to pay by bank transfer.
Who do we give access to the property?
Put the key arrangements, tenant contact or key safe code in the booking notes. Only the cleaner assigned to the job can see them, and only from 24 hours before the clean.
What is in the photo report?
Before and after photos of each room, the date, the cleaner and the checklist, laid out on A4. It is emailed to you the moment the job is marked complete and is ideal for check-out reports and landlord updates.
What if the inventory clerk finds something we missed?
Every end of tenancy clean has our 72-hour re-clean guarantee. Tell us within 72 hours and we go back and put it right free of charge.
Can landlords with one or two properties join?
Yes. The partner programme is open to letting and estate agents, block and property managers, and private landlords who book cleans regularly.
Which areas do you cover?
London and the Home Counties, with more areas opening through our local franchise partners. Tell us the postcodes you manage on the form and we will confirm cover before you book.
