How much do we each get?

Your friend gets £10 off their first clean when they book with your link, and you get £20 credit on your account as soon as their clean is completed and paid.

Is there a limit?

No. Every new customer who books with your link earns you another £20 credit.

Who counts as a new customer?

Someone who has not booked with us before, at a different email address and phone number to yours. The friend's booking needs to be £50 or more.

How do I use my credit?

It comes off your next booking automatically when you book online while signed in. Booking by phone? Just mention it and we will use it for you.

Where do I find my link?

Sign in to your account and open "Refer a friend", or enter the email you booked with on this page and we will email it to you. It is also in the thank-you email after each clean.

Can the credit be swapped for cash?

No, credit can only be used on Book My Cleaning services and has no cash value. Full terms are below.

Terms. The friend's discount is for new customers only (no previous booking at the same email address or phone number), on one booking of £50 or more, and cannot be used with partner accounts. The referrer's credit is added after the friend's clean is completed and paid; it is cancelled if the booking is cancelled or refunded. Credit has no cash value, cannot be transferred and is used on your next booking. You cannot refer yourself or another member of your household. We may withhold rewards where we see misuse, and we can change or end the scheme with notice on this page; credit already earned stays on your account.
